How to resend gift card confirmation email?Updated a year ago

If you lost, deleted or cannot find the order confirmation email for the gift card you purchased; have no fear. To recover and resend that email, simply log in to your Lively Root account. Navigate to your orders and on the right hand side of that order click the link "Track Order"

Once you click that it will take you to your order details and you'll see a button to resend the gift card. Check your spam and trash folder if you do not see it appear in your inbox after a few minutes. If you are still not seeing the email come through you can reach out to our customer service team for more help.
